Garage needs painting and I want to give the basement a fresh coat of paint. The house was just painted this year but the wood was damaged with power wash. I would like to side the house and build a nice front deck. Willing to negotiate some rent for work. I am not a slumlord. I like to keep up my properties. I do expect the same from any tenant.
