The pool is keep very clean and because there are not many children, the pool
is often vacant. It is heated but closed in September for the winter months. |

There is also a club house (the castle) near the pool. It is huge and great for family gatherings. No cost to reserve space. But there is a $50 refundable deposit.
Willow Wood Park is also attached to the condo property. It provides a nice
play ground, pavilion, cookout area and a duck pond. |

Get on that bike or hike the trail and head to
Utah Lake which is about 2.5 mile walk. Or just enjoy the peace and serenity in the
woods near the river. |
Also the trail takes you to Provo north side shopping,
passing by DI and Utah Valley Hospital.
A bit south is
downtown Provo where you will find great restaurants, and upscale shopping.
The monthly HOA fee of $320.00 (with a discount if paid by the 15th)which includes Cable TV, all utilities, common area maintained/repaired, snow/grass removal, pool sauna and clubhouse.
Everyone is welcome as long as they understand the HOA rules and pay the HOA monthly fee.

is and incorporated community and the Bi-Laws are a legal binding document filed
with the city.
They must be upheld. If Bi-Laws are to be changed they are voted in by the condo
members.
Provo City Animal Control Code-All owners and renters must abide by the city code and condo rules.
Provo City Renter License-All landlords must get a license through Provo City to rent their units in this complex.
